I feel incredibly fortunate to have been invited to the Vibrant Longevity Summit in Austin this year. Held from September 24-27, 2025, at the stunning Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, it was a gathering of some of the brightest minds in health, wellness, and longevity. As someone navigating perimenopause, I went in hoping for insights that could help me feel more empowered during this transition. What I got was so much more—a mix of cutting-edge science, practical advice, and a sense of community that left me inspired and optimistic. I learned volumes, especially about how to support my body through hormonal changes, and I can’t wait to share the highlights. Fingers crossed I get to attend again next year!
The summit was a four-day immersion into the future of health, blending talks, workshops, and even wellness activities like saunas and cold plunges. It wasn’t just lectures; it felt like a celebration of science and vitality. With experts from neuroscience to metabolic health, the lineup was stacked, but three speakers stood out for me: Dr. Andrew Huberman, Dr. Peter Attia, and Dr. Gabrielle Lyon. Their sessions tied directly into my perimenopause journey, emphasizing proactive steps for longevity that go beyond just managing symptoms.
